The USGBC North Texas Chapter, the CSI Dallas Chapter, and Dallas AIA’s Committee on the Environment have joined together to host a showcase of the latest green building products, technologies and knowledge for commercial and residential use. This showcase is for Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, Contractors, Owners, Facilities Managers and others interested in the sustainable building industry.
This year's event will include a wide variety of educational opportunities, including expanded topic areas for continuing education, vendor presentations, project displays, GBCI LEED project work zone, and vetted sustainable product/service exhibitors. For more information, visit:

27 sessions approved for GBCI and AIA credential maintenance credits! Attendees can earn as many as 12 credit hours by attending sessions and tours at Sustainable Showcase 2011.
GBCI will have three reviewers in a special GBCI Work Zone in the Exhibit Hall on Friday, July 15th, to answer your specific questions about your LEED Project. You may reserve a 15-minute time slot when you register for the event. A special presentation is scheduled for 11:00am in the Exhibit Hall entitled "LEED Project Success" (seating is limited to first 100).
Howard Garrett, the Dirt Doctor, will be speaking on "The Impact of Buildings on the Earth" at 8:00am, Friday, July 15th in the Exhibit Hall. Breakfast served.
